Purpose and acceptance
These terms of use govern access to and use of the santoro-energie.com website. The site is published by SANTORO ENERGIE SRL, a Belgian company whose registered office is at Rue de Presles 127 (VP), 6280 Gerpinnes, Belgium (company no. 1023.309.913, VAT BE 1023.309.913). By browsing the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They do not replace the general terms and conditions of sale, which apply to every order.
Access to the site
The online shop is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for interruptions due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. Access to the site is free of charge; connection costs (equipment, internet access) are your own responsibility. We may modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time, without notice where circumstances require it.
No customer account: guest checkout
The site does not offer customer accounts. Orders are placed as a guest: you enter your contact details and delivery address when ordering, with no password or login to remember. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. For any question about an order, write to us at contact@santoro-energie.com.
Prohibited conduct
In particular, it is forbidden to:
- use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in breach of public order;
- provide false information or impersonate a third party when placing an order;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site’s systems, servers or data, or disrupt them (viruses, attacks, deliberate overloading);
- extract the site’s content by automated or bulk means (bots, data scraping) without prior written consent;
- circumvent the security measures in place.
In the event of a breach, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order and to restrict access to the site, without prejudice to any legal action.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, images, logos, graphics, structure and presentation of the site are protected by intellectual property law. The Santoro Energie brand and the santoro-energie.com domain name are reserved. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, even partial, without the prior written consent of Santoro Energie is prohibited. Manufacturers’ trademarks and images remain the property of their owners. Strictly personal, non-commercial use, such as printing a product sheet for your own information, remains permitted.

The site may contain links to third-party websites, provided for information only. Santoro Energie has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability or practices, in particular regarding personal data. Any link to our site must be authorised beforehand and must not harm our image.
Availability and accuracy of information
We endeavour to keep the published information (descriptions, specifications, prices, availability) accurate, but errors or omissions may occur. Photographs are not contractually binding. Santoro Energie uses reasonable means to ensure the site works properly, but cannot be held liable for interruptions, technical malfunctions, data loss or indirect damage arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the mandatory rights you enjoy as a consumer, in particular the two-year legal guarantee of conformity, nor any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The data you provide is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which sets out the purposes, retention periods and your rights.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the competent judicial district have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers, who keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence where the law so provides.
