Secure bank transfer payment

On santoro-energie.com, orders are paid by secure bank transfer. This method means you never enter card details on the site. For security reasons, no bank details are displayed on the site: they are sent to you only in the purchase order described below.

How payment works

• 1. You confirm your order on the site as a guest (the site does not offer customer accounts).
• 2. You receive an e-mail sent from contact@santoro-energie.com, containing your purchase order: a summary of the items, the total amount due, the beneficiary’s bank details and the structured payment reference to quote.
• 3. You make the transfer from your banking app, using exactly the amount and reference shown.
• 4. We prepare your order as soon as payment is received, then ship it according to the Delivery page (processing within 1 to 2 working days, delivery within 3 to 15 working days).

Payment deadline and cancellation

The deadline for making the transfer is shown on your purchase order. The order is prepared only once payment has actually been received. If payment does not reach us within the stated period, the order may be cancelled at no cost to you. If you are delayed, write to us before the deadline at contact@santoro-energie.com. We normally reply within 1 to 2 working days.

Tips for paying safely

Fraud attempts using fake e-mails do exist. A few simple precautions:

• only pay to the bank details shown in the purchase order sent from contact@santoro-energie.com;
• never use details received through another channel (another e-mail address, instant message, social network, phone call) without having them confirmed;
• check that the amount and structured reference match your order;
• if in doubt, do not pay: write to us first at contact@santoro-energie.com or through the contact form. We will never ask you, through an unexpected message, to change the beneficiary of a transfer already communicated.

Prices, VAT and currency

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), including 21% Belgian VAT. Delivery costs €9.90 and is free for orders of €150 or more. The amount to transfer is the one on the purchase order: it covers the items, any charges and VAT. Any bank fees related to your transfer are at your expense; make sure the amount received matches the stated total.

Invoice

Your invoice is sent by e-mail. Please give us a correct e-mail address when ordering and check your spam folder if you do not receive the purchase order.

Payment by businesses

Business customers use the same payment method. For the invoice to show your company details, enter your company name and VAT number when ordering. The applicable VAT treatment is determined by the regulations in force and the information provided; if in doubt, contact us before paying.

Refunds

When a refund is due (withdrawal, accepted return, cancellation after payment, guarantee), it is made by bank transfer to the account you give us, within the deadlines set out on the Returns and refunds page. To avoid errors, please send us your bank details only by replying to an exchange already open with contact@santoro-energie.com.
