How to choose a mobile battery

Mobile power covers very different products. It includes power banks such as the 74 Wh Xtorm Essential or the 153.6 Wh Bluetti X20, expansion batteries for stations, EcoFlow batteries for a cooler or air conditioner and a 12 V AGM battery. The subcategories help you separate station expansion batteries from 12 V AGM batteries, so you compare products that really answer the same need.

The main criterion is capacity in Wh: divide it by your device’s power in watts to estimate runtime. Then look at the outputs available, USB-C, DC or mains socket, and at the battery chemistry, LiFePO4, NCM or lead AGM. For an additional battery, check that it is designed for your device. We deliver to Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg, free from €150, otherwise €9.90.
