Picking the right cable for your setup

The cable is often the small detail that stalls an installation. This category lists mains cables and extensions from 5 to 15 m, single or triple current-transformer harnesses for current measurement, and link or solar charging cables for EcoFlow stations. Prices range from a few euros for a short cable to over a hundred euros for the longest or most specialised links, reflecting length and connector type.

Before buying, identify the connector type at each end: Wieland, Schuko, XT60i or another standard. Then work out the length you need, keeping a sensible margin, since an unnecessarily long extension makes the installation harder. For measurement harnesses, check the stated rating (63 A or 120 A) and how many phases you need to monitor. If the product turns out not to suit you, returns are free within 30 days, alongside the 2-year legal warranty.
