A big energy reserve, not a pocket station
With 3072 Wh of capacity and 3600 W of continuous power, Anker’s SOLIX F3000 is aimed at people who want to supply more than a computer and a few chargers. Its 41.5 kg weight and 651 × 300 × 377 mm footprint suit it to a semi-permanent setup: a utility room, a workshop, a garden shed, a converted vehicle or the load area of a van.
Where it makes sense
For a household, it can take over during an outage: fridge, freezer, lighting, router, circulation pump, as long as you have added up their consumption. For a tradesperson or an operator, it replaces a petrol or diesel generator where noise and exhaust fumes are a problem. At a remote site, paired with panels, it forms the heart of a small stand-alone system.
Choosing your loads
List the appliances you want to supply, noting their rated power and their starting current. The three 230 V sockets (EU Schuko) share 3600 W continuous and up to 7200 W peak. It is wise to keep a margin below the continuous figure.
Two solar inputs for two layouts
- High-PV: up to 1600 W, 11-165 V, 17 A, intended for several panels connected in series;
- Low-PV: up to 800 W, XT60 connector, 11-60 V, 17 A, for separate panels or panels in parallel;
- Total: 2400 W maximum when both inputs are used.
The data supplied does not detail any other charging mode; if you want to charge from the mains or from a vehicle, ask the manufacturer before buying.
Connections
The station offers two 12W USB-A ports, two 100W USB-C ports and a 12V/10A output. Wi-Fi lets you follow its status from a phone.
Setting it up
Given the mass, plan a stable surface and a clear route, and lift the station with several people. Pick a ventilated spot, sheltered from rain and away from flammable materials. Any connection to a building’s electrical installation must be handled by a qualified installer.
What sets it apart
- 3072 Wh of LiFePO4 storage, with 4000+ cycles stated (to 80%) in the model’s data;
- 3600 W of power for demanding tools;
- solar inputs suited to different layouts.

Safety and care
Respect the voltage limits of the inputs: panels wired in series can reach high voltages, which call for careful handling. Use cables sized for the current, do not cover the station and protect it from damp. For a long shutdown, keep it dry with an intermediate charge and consult the manufacturer’s manual. Cleaning: dry cloth only. Before any heavy use, check plugs, cables and solar connectors for damage, and keep children and pets away from the connections.
