Two units for plug-and-play solar storage
This bundle pairs two EcoFlow STREAM Ultra X units to reach 7.68 kWh, each contributing 3.84 kWh and able to be expanded up to 23 kWh. The device works in plug-and-play mode: it links to a 230V outlet and to an EcoFlow or Shelly smart meter instead of requiring complex wiring. Solar panels connect to it directly through four internal MPPT inputs.

A house whose solar output exceeds the day’s consumption can build up the surplus here. The device then sends energy back onto a grid-connected circuit, up to 1,200 W when that circuit is dedicated.

Each unit measures 42 x 29.4 x 46 cm and weighs 38.8 kg. The IP65 rating protects against dust and water jets, and the temperature range of −20 °C to +55 °C covers winter and summer alike. Connectivity relies on Wifi and Bluetooth.
Connection and setup
- Place each unit on a level support that carries 38.8 kg.
- Check the voltage of your modules: the MPPT range is 15-60 V.
- Connect the panels to the inputs without exceeding 500W or 14A (20A Isc) per input.
- Plug the device into a 230V outlet and fit the smart meter as described in the manual.
The compliance of the electrical installation, notably the question of the dedicated circuit, is a matter for a qualified electrician; also consult the manufacturer’s manual on the output power to observe.
