Our commitment

Santoro Energie strives to make its online shop accessible to everyone, in line with Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the WCAG 2.1 level AA recommendations. The site offers, among other things, a skip link to the content, keyboard navigation with visible focus, alternative text for images, labelled form fields and a layout adapted to mobile screens.

Compliance status

The site is partially compliant: it has not yet been fully audited by an independent body. Some product pages reproduce technical tables that may be less comfortable to read with a screen reader.

Report a problem

If you have difficulty accessing any content or function, write to us at contact@santoro-energie.com, stating the page concerned and the problem encountered. We reply within 1 to 2 working days and, if needed, provide the information by another means. If you do not receive a satisfactory answer, you can contact the FPS Economy, the Belgian authority responsible for consumer protection.
