An air conditioner that travels with its own power
In this pack, EcoFlow’s Wave 2 comes with an extra 1159 Wh battery. The aim is to make the air easier to bear in places the grid does not reach: inside a bivouac tent, the body of a panel van, a garden shed or a workshop open to the outdoors. The data we hold gives neither the cooling capacity nor the battery runtime; the manual remains the reference for judging what to expect.
Who the pack is for
Travellers and leisure owners
Fans of vans, caravans and boats will find a unit they set up when the heat arrives, then put away at the end of the stay. A driver on a rest break or an angler by the water can see it as extra comfort too.
Field applications
A small checkpoint, a stand or a mobile cabin with no fixed supply can make use of it. Compare the volume of the space to be treated with the manufacturer’s indications before deciding.
Size and materials
The main unit measures 515 x 272 x 92 mm and weighs 7,5 kg. At under 10 cm thick, it slides into a boot or under a bench seat. The pack’s battery is NCM lithium and is rated at 1159 Wh. The information provided covers neither the casing nor a protection rating, so keep everything away from water.
Installation and first tests
- Choose a flat, firm surface away from any liquid.
- Keep the space around the ventilation slots clear.
- Connect the battery to the unit by following the manual, then test it while stationary, before setting off.
Avoid placing the set on fabrics that could block the airflow. For a link to a fixed electrical installation, leave the work to a qualified installer.
Why consider this model
- A set already completed by a 1159 Wh battery.
- A 7,5 kg unit, lighter than many supplementary appliances.
- A thickness of 92 mm, useful when space is tight.

Good safety practice
Never block the air inlets and outlets, and do not leave the unit in full sun inside a closed vehicle. Do not charge the battery in a cramped or damp space. A frayed cable, a burning smell or a deformed casing calls for an immediate stop. Keep the equipment away from children and pets.
Care and storage
Dust the grilles regularly with a soft brush and clean the outside with a dry cloth. Before long-term storage, leave the battery at a medium charge level and keep the pack somewhere dry at a moderate temperature. Check the manual before any work on the internal circuits.
