A compact format for 1070 Wh
The Jackery Explorer 1000 V2 is one of the most compact stations in its capacity class in this range: 32.7 × 22.4 × 24.7 cm and 10.8 kg for a 1070 Wh LiFePO4 battery. It fits in a car boot, under a motorhome bench or in a cupboard without demanding much room.
What it is for
A station of this kind suits any situation where you need 230 V without a socket nearby: a weekend bivouac, a small building job, an outdoor stage desk, a makeshift office. For households it is also a backup reserve, able to keep a router, a laptop and a few lamps running. Professionals will appreciate the lack of engine noise on a film set or in a mobile workshop.
Quick user guide
- Charge the station before you leave.
- Place it on a stable surface.
- Plug each device into the matching output: AC, USB or 12 V.
- Follow the battery status from the app over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
Inputs and outputs
On the output side there are two 230 V AC sockets, one 18 W USB-A port, one 30 W USB-C QC port, one 100 W USB-C PD port and a 12 V/10 A output. On the input side, the station recharges from the mains, a car charger or solar panels. The two 8 mm DC8020 solar ports accept 12-16 V at 8 A maximum, doubled to 8 A maximum, or 16-60 V at 10.5 A maximum, doubled to 21 A, i.e. 400 W maximum.

The voltage window is wide, but it is not unlimited. Before plugging anything in, compare the voltage and current of your panels with the values above, and check with the manufacturer that your connectors are compatible with the DC8020 ports.

Safety instructions
Never cover the vents, do not exceed 1500 W continuous and keep the unit away from water spray, as no protection rating is given. Use extension leads sized for the power of your devices and unplug loads before moving the station. For any link to a fixed installation, call a qualified electrician.
Care and keeping
A slightly damp cloth followed by a dry one is enough to clean the case, once the station is switched off and unplugged. Store it somewhere cool and dry, and follow the manufacturer’s manual for battery care during a long shutdown.
