Moving a heavy station without strain
An energy storage system from the Delta Pro Ultra range is not meant to be carried at arm’s length. This Ecoflow trolley acts as a rolling platform: you set the unit on it, tilt the whole thing and steer it to its spot, from garage to terrace or from one technical room to another.
Who uses it, and where?
At home
To bring the station out of a utility room, take it back in before winter, or place it near a garden workshop, the trolley spares your back and the steps.
In professional work
Equipment hire firms, tradespeople on call-outs and event crews find that a folding trolley eases van loading and journeys over smooth surfaces between two sites.
Construction
The trolley combines steel and polyamide and weighs 12.1 kg. Unfolded it measures 129 x 51.5 x 57.7 cm; folded it shrinks to 84.2 x 51.5 x 27.8 cm, so it can slide along a wall or into a boot. No maximum load is specified here, so refer to the manufacturer’s instructions before using it with your unit and any modules.
Getting it ready
- Unfold the trolley on a flat, clear floor and check that every part is locked.
- Switch the station off and unplug its cables.
- Bring the trolley close, tilt it toward the unit, then roll the unit onto the platform, with two people if it is heavy.
- Move slowly, staying behind the handle to keep control.
What matters
- Moving without carrying: you steer the unit instead of lifting it.
- Steel and polyamide materials.
- Footprint reduced to 84.2 x 51.5 x 27.8 cm once folded.
The main gain is ergonomic: instead of lifting the station every time it moves, you roll it, which lowers the risk of drops and injury. The fact that the trolley folds also matters in a small room where every square metre is contested. Before first use, measure the doors and corridors you plan to take, keeping the 51.5 cm width in mind.

Safety
Do not stack more than the instructions allow. Avoid steep slopes, stairs and soft ground: the trolley is meant for flat surfaces. Chock it before loading or unloading the unit, keep your feet clear of the wheels’ path, and never let children sit on the platform.
Care and storage
Wipe the steel parts with a dry cloth after outdoor use to limit moisture and dirt. Check the joints and fixing points now and then. Store the trolley folded, in a dry place. If a wheel or a joint starts to stick, clean away grit before it wears the parts, and stop using the trolley if you notice a bent or cracked section.
